Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Only the passport holder may use the services. Family members or accompanying guests are not eligible.
• Valid only at THE PREVENTION CLINIC TOKYO and CLINIC 9ru.

Validity

• Membership becomes active upon payment confirmation.
• The validity period is 1 year from the date of the first treatment.
• For regenerative medicine, the validity period starts on the date of administration (treatment day), not on the date of specimen collection.
• If the administration date exceeds the validity period, additional fees will apply.

Fees

• Payments are non-refundable.
• Purchase of the passport constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Services

• All medical services at both clinics are included.
• Aesthetic dermatology services are limited to treatments above the neck.
• Treatment intervals may be adjusted based on physician’s discretion.
• Course-based treatments (e.g., 3-session or 6-session packages) are not included.
• Cannot be used for the purchase of cosmetics, supplements, or similar products.

Reservations & Cancellations

• Advance reservation is required.
• Up to 2 active reservations are allowed at a time (including the next appointment).
• Maximum usage per day: 3 hours, with one practitioner selection per day.
• Cancellations must be made by phone within business hours on the previous day. Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

Membership Card

• In case of loss or theft, please notify us immediately. A reissue fee of JPY 3,300 (tax included) applies.
• If you forget your membership card, you will be asked to present a photo ID for verification.
