“Regeneration from Cells” Increasing Stronger, More Youthful Cells
Fibroblasts are located in the dermis layer, approximately 2mm beneath the epidermis, and are essential for producing hyaluronic acid, collagen, and elastin, which are crucial for skin elasticity, firmness, and hydration. These cells play a vital role in maintaining beautiful skin. However, fibroblasts decrease due to aging, UV exposure, and stress-related damage. At our clinic, we perform fibroblast therapy, where a small amount of the patient’s fibroblasts is collected, cultured to increase their quantity significantly, and then transplanted into the skin to restore its natural condition (improving firmness and texture). (Fibroblast therapy is classified as Type 2 Regenerative Medicine and can only be performed at designated medical facilities.)
Collection Time
30 minutes
Culturing Time
Approximately 4 week
Local Injection (Face & Neck)
1 hour
Treatment Interval
30 to 60 days
The treatment interval may vary depending on the patient’s preference. A second transplantation within a short period is recommended to improve the engraftment rate. Blood collection is required for subsequent sessions as well.
Treatment Process
STEP1. Medical Consultation, Blood Test, and Blood Collection (for Culturing)
Patients undergo a preoperative test for infections. During the blood test, a blood sample is also collected for cell culturing.
STEP2. Skin Collection
A small piece of skin, approximately 7mm × 3mm (about the size of a rice grain), is taken from a discreet area behind the ear. The procedure leaves minimal scarring.
STEP3. Culturing
Fibroblasts are cultured from the collected skin sample, and the culturing process takes approximately four weeks.
STEP4. Transplantation
The cultured cells are transplanted into the desired areas of the skin. If a patient plans to undergo additional treatments, blood collection is performed again for the next session.
What is Dermal Fibroblast Therapy?
A "Fundamental Treatment" to Rewind the Skin's Clock
The loss of skin firmness and elasticity is caused by the decrease and aging of "fibroblasts" located in the dermal layer. Dermal Fibroblast Therapy (Skin Regenerative Medicine) is a treatment method where your own cells are collected, cultured, and then transplanted back into your skin. It is drawing significant attention not merely as a "symptomatic treatment" that supplements missing components, but as a "fundamental treatment" that enhances the skin's inherent regenerative capacity.

Skin That Naturally Produces the Three Essential Beauty Components
Fibroblasts serve as the “command center” that produces three key components essential for healthy, beautiful skin. As these cells increase, the production of these vital elements becomes active once again.
Collagen: Maintains skin strength and forms a firm, elastic foundation
Elastin: Supports collagen and provides flexibility to the skin
Hyaluronic Acid: Retains moisture, preserving hydration and a fresh, supple appearance
Rather than “supplementing from the outside,” this approach guides the skin to a state where your own cells produce these components naturally, restoring firm, resilient elasticity that seems to rise from within.
Addressing the Root Causes of Aging
The primary causes of wrinkles and sagging are the age-related decline of skin cells, particularly fibroblasts.
Conventional treatments (such as hyaluronic acid injections): Fill in lost volume with external substances to make lines less noticeable.
Dermal Fibroblast Therapy: Replenishes and increases the number of depleted cells themselves.
By repairing weakened skin tissue at the cellular level, this therapy is expected to slow the pace of aging and restore the skin to a condition closer to that of several years ago.
Peace of Mind Through the Use of Your Own Cells
The most distinctive feature of this treatment is the use of your own cells. Because autologous cells are cultured and utilized, the risk of allergic reactions or rejection is extremely low, making this a highly safe therapy. The results are also remarkably natural, allowing you to gradually regain a youthful appearance without drawing attention.
Expected Visible Benefits
As cellular activity is revitalized, the overall impression of the face becomes noticeably more youthful. Key areas of improvement include the following:
Eyes and Mouth Area Improves fine lines, deep wrinkles, and dark circles under the eyes.
Sagging and Nasolabial Folds Tightens the facial contour and reduces the appearance of nasolabial lines.
Skin Texture and Tone Refines enlarged pores, alleviates dryness and roughness, and restores smoothness.
Neck and Hands Restores youthful firmness and volume to areas where signs of aging are most visible.
