The human body stores pluripotent cells that can produce new cells and tissues to repair damage to various organs and tissues throughout the body. These pluripotent cells, known as mesenchymal stem cells, are known to decrease in number with age, which reduces the ability to produce new tissue cells and impairs the repair function of tissues and organs.At CLINIC 9ru, we treat patients with chronic pain by harvesting their own stem cells from subcutaneous fat and cultivating them in large quantities at our group’s cell processing facility (CPC) for transplantation. (Autologous adipose-derived stem cell therapy can be performed at facilities designated under the Second-Generation Regenerative Medicine Act.)

Treatment Process
STEP1. Consultation and Pre-operative Blood Test
Before the procedure, you will undergo tests for infections and other conditions. Imaging diagnostics may be used, so if you have previous medical records or images such as CT or MRI scans, please bring them with you.
STEP2. Fat Tissue Collection
Under local anesthesia, we use a special needle to collect fat cells from the belly button area and collect the blood necessary for cultivation. (Local anesthesia is applied during the procedure.)
STEP3. Cultivation
Mesenchymal stem cells are extracted from the collected fat tissue and cultivated to the necessary number. The entire process takes place within the CPC.
STEP4. Injection (Treatment)
The cells are administered intravenously. If you are considering future injections, blood will be collected for the cultivation process.
STEP5. Post-Treatment Follow-Up
Follow-up visits are scheduled every few months to monitor the effects of the treatment via face-to-face or online consultations
